The Lower School of Lotus Academy consists of grades first, second, third, and fourth. It is a preparatory program for middle school and beyond that builds superior academic skills, study habits, and character.

The core courses are reading, language arts, science, computer science, social studies, and math.

Lower School students are also exposed to a variety of elective courses instructed by specialists in world languages, music, drama, art, digital multimedia, library skills, and physical education.
